Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every image, prompt, file, message, and generated result submitted to or produced by KontextChat. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to our Terms. If local law requires a higher age or parental consent, you must meet that requirement. You may not use the service to break any applicable law or to help someone else do so.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and uses are prohibited:

Do not try to bypass moderation, quota, authentication, or access controls. Do not resell access to the service unless we have agreed in writing.

3. Images of Real People

Only upload images of yourself or images of other people when you have their informed permission to make the requested edit. Do not use an image of a real person to deceive, defame, harass, sexualize, or falsely represent that person. Do not use the service to replace a face, alter identity, or create realistic evidence of a person's words or actions.

4. Our Safety Controls

Before image generation, prompts are screened using Waffo Prompt Sift semantic content-safety checks. Only prompts that receive an allow verdict continue to an image model. A review or block verdict stops generation. Source images and generated outputs may also be screened by our moderation providers and rule-based safety checks. If a safety check is unavailable or cannot verify an output, we fail closed and do not deliver the result.

The image processing providers we currently use are listed in our AI Transparency Notice. Safety checks may be updated as our providers and risks change.

5. Enforcement and Reporting

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may preserve and disclose relevant records when required by law or necessary to investigate serious harm. We may report apparent child sexual abuse material or other illegal content to the relevant authorities.

Report suspected violations, impersonation, copyright issues, or safety concerns to snauayahskaiuayhas@gmail.com. Include the account or share link, a brief description, and any supporting detail. We review reports and prioritize imminent threats to safety. Do not send unlawful material in a report. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome, but we will take appropriate action under the circumstances.

6. AI-Generated Results

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing a result before relying on or publishing it. Do not present AI-generated output as authentic photographic evidence or use it to mislead people. Where disclosure is required by law or platform rules, clearly label that the content was generated or edited with AI.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP as our service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
